Project Superintendent – Electrical
Must be Open to Relocating to VA.
Direct Hire.
Salary up to 150k plus bonus and paid travel. Some travel required and Relocation assistance available.

Senior field execution leader responsible for safety, productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and craft performance for assigned electrical scopes. Convert project execution plans into disciplined daily and weekly field operations while leading union craft personnel in accordance with CBA compliance.
Reports To:
Project Executive.
- Lead union electrical crews per CBA; manage field operations, crew performance, and production targets
- Own installation planning, layout execution, and work packaging; maintain rolling 3-6 week lookahead schedule
- Track field productivity and financial performance; implement corrective actions and validate change orders
- Enforce project safety plan and quality standards; conduct inspections and reduce rework
- Coordinate VDC/BIM and prefab integration; complete daily documentation and reporting
- Journeyman-level electrical background strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading union electrical field operations on complex commercial/industrial projects
- Ability to read/interpret drawings/specs and execute plan-to-install
- Working knowledge of scheduling concepts and field-level cost control
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience integrating VDC/BIM and prefab into field execution
- Familiarity with Lean/LPS-style weekly planning
- Experience supervising large crews and fast-track/multi-phase work
Ability to walk job sites regularly, climb, bend, lift up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and tolerate computer monitor exposure for administrative duties.
TravelPrimarily jobsite-based with regular project travel; occasional out-of-area or overnight travel required.
