Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end Lean Transformation projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop lean strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement lean methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and 5S to drive process improvements.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy‑in and successful implementation of Lean initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on lean principles, tools, and techniques to build capability and empower employees.

  • Help establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives; monitor progress and track performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to Lean methodologies and continuously apply insights to refine processes and drive innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field;
    Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading Lean transformations in manufacturing, supply chain, or service industry environments.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles—including value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, and waste reduction techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels Gond.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Extended periods of screen time and sitting.
  • Reach and hand/finger dexterity for manipulation of objects.
  • Strong listening, speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Application of general rules to specific problems to produce logical solutions.
  • Basic understanding of another person’s speech.
