Job Title:
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will utilize your expertise to lead projects in hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional settings.
Responsibilities- Manage overall labor efforts for projects, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee construction management and project execution, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Ensure project management controls are in place, including schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety measures.
- Solve problems effectively and ensure familiarity with installation and operation of mechanical and plumbing systems.
- 5-10 years experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems.
- Experience working on projects exceeding $5 million.
- Experience with a self-perform mechanical/plumbing contractor.
- Proficiency in project management, construction, and mechanical engineering.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in managing industrial and institutional mechanical construction.
- Capability in handling project management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and familiarity with mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation.
The role involves managing projects in hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional settings, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based in Henrico, Virginia
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $90,000 – $140,000 per year.
