Duties Schedule Development- Create, update, and maintain project schedules using project management software.
- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all project activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and align on project timelines.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to the project team and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and compare it against the baseline schedule.
- Identify any deviations or delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and distribute regular status reports, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Assess potential risks that could affect the project schedule.
- Develop mitigation plans and adjust schedules as necessary to manage risks.
- Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of required resources.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all schedule‑related activities.
- Document changes to the schedule and the reasons for those changes.
- Ensure that project schedules comply with organizational standards and policies.
- Adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices in scheduling.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to scheduling processes and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest project management and scheduling techniques.
- Team Support:
Provide support to project teams by offering guidance on scheduling best practices and assisting with schedule‑related queries. - Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for team members on the use of scheduling tools and techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
