Senior Project Engineer - Civil Marine Division

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $/yr

Schedule: 11 days onsite / 3 days home

100% Travel: Flights + vehicle provided

Status: Immediate need

** THERE WILL ALWAYS BE CONSISTENT WORK **

• Lead marine construction projects directly from the field
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and documentation
• Support cost control, quantity tracking, and billing
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, logistics, and materials
• Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers
• Maintain as-builts, QA/QC, and closeout documentation
• Enforce jobsite safety and IIF (Incident & Injury-Free) culture
• Step in as acting Assistant Project Manager when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 1–10 years of marine construction experience (2–6 years ideal)
• Military background strongly preferred
• Experience in dry dock, waterfront, or heavy civil/marine work
• Strong onsite field presence (this is not remote)
• Comfortable with travel-heavy rotation
