Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $35–$42/hour (includes $6K yearly car allowance) + 5% bonus

Location: Dulles, VA

• Perform field-based troubleshooting and repairs on power distribution products installed within data warehouse facilities
• Serve as the main representative for the company during service visits, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction
• Travel regionally 100% of the time using your own vehicle (mileage provided); average 40–50 hours/week with some nights, weekends, and holiday coverage required
• Conduct diagnostics and break/fix work on AC/DC electrical equipment, switch gear, and power systems
• Work collaboratively with technical support and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, logs, and travel using company systems

• 3–5 years of experience with electrical systems, high-voltage and power distribution exposure preferred
• Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of AC/DC fundamentals; data center experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers on-site
• Ability to travel locally using personal vehicle; includes a $6K annual car allowance
• Prior military background is a bonus
• Must be reliable and flexible to support overtime and urgent requests
