We’re hiring a VDC Engineer to support the planning and execution of data center projects across the country. This is a travel‑based position where you'll collaborate closely with project managers, MEP coordinators, and trade partners to drive BIM/VDC excellence from design through closeout.

• Lead BIM coordination meetings and drive model‑based project planning
• Perform clash detection, design validation, and system integration reviews
• Collaborate with MEP teams, engineers, and trades to solve conflicts and align systems
• Support preconstruction modeling, logistics planning, and digital fabrication
• Ensure alignment with owner standards and handoff deliverables for facility management

• 3+ years VDC/BIM experience in construction or engineering
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other coordination platforms
• Understanding of MEP systems, construction phases, and sequencing
• Willingness to travel regularly to support national data center builds
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
