Facilities Manager

How you'll make an impact

Supervise daily maintenance and service operations at the assigned site.

Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Implement innovative programs and processes that boost productivity and reduce costs.

Monitor compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards (EHS).

Manage operational budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.

Build strong internal client relationships through effective communication.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.

Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, automation, air quality, and preventive maintenance.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience managing multiple vendors and projects.

Ability to work under pressure and make high-quality decisions.
