Construction Safety Coordinator; Temporary

Location: Chesterfield, Virginia
Duration: November 1, 2025 – May 2026

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Coordinator for a six-month, on‑site assignment in Chesterfield, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety programs and protocols to protect our employees and subcontractors. You’ll ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, provide training, and build a strong culture of safety across the construction site. The pay rate is $25.00 to $40.00 per hour.

You must be available to work Saturday's and Sunday's when required.

• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher required.
• Safety Coordinator or in a similar construction safety role is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver effective training and presentations.
• Proficiency with safety management software and reporting tools.
