Work Split:
60–70% shop floor / 30–40% documentation

Start Date:

  • Audits, Compliance & Corrective Actions
    • Conduct routine safety walkthroughs, inspections, and internal audits

    • Track corrective actions through closure, ensuring documentation and follow-up are complete and organized
  • SDS & Chemical Safety Management

    • Build and maintain a complete Safety Data Sheet (SDS) library
    • Support safe chemical storage, labeling, and documentation practices aligned with regulatory requirements
  • OSHA & Regulatory Documentation

    • Support annual OSHA reporting and ensure compliance documentation is audit-ready
    • Help standardize and improve inspection forms, training records, and site safety files
  • Administrative Ownership & Documentation Control
    • Own the “behind-the-scenes” work that keeps EHS running smoothly: training documentation, inspection checklists, logs, forms, and compliance records
    • Maintain clear, accurate, and organized documentation that reflects current site conditions
Required Skills/Education
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in EHS, safety, or compliance (manufacturing strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting EHS programs in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or general industry environments

  • Comfortable balancing shop floor presence with documentation-heavy work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with operations teams
