• Act as the local on-site program representative for small business and commercial customers
• Install energy‑efficient equipment and conduct energy efficiency audits
• Support Account Managers in selling and installing energy efficiency retrofits
• Provide technical advice and training on installation and configuration according to client specifications
• Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or Associate's degree with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
• Must be 21+ years old with a clean valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle for travel within the defined territory
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and maintain a clean driving record

• Experience conducting quality assurance reviews and energy audits of commercial buildings
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and technical data gathering activities
• Skills in developing training materials for field staff
