** To join our team as a Senior Commercial Field Specialist. You will support C&I Demand Response programs - candidate must live in and drive throughout the Virginia utility territory. Act as local on-site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re) audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory.

Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction. Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

*** Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large scale commercial buildings. Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database.
* Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

*** 8+ Years of experience
* High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
* 21+ with a clean valid drivers license
* Reliable vehicle to travel through defined territory
** Target Compensation...**$63,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
* This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.

Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employment drug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license,and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
