** Educator – Early Childhood Education

* plan, develop, care and implements programs and activities for infants through preschool aged children.

* The Opportunity:

** We are thrilled to be opening our newest Early Learning Center soon and are looking for the staff across both of our facilities! This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. The Early Learning Center provides services to approximately 68 early learners ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 5 years next door to the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta.
** The Work:
** Fosters a safe, nurturing, comfortable environment through clear, positive and encouraging words and actions

Provides for the health and safety of children to ensure constant supervision of the entire group of children as assigned

Designs and develops age-appropriate curriculum and assesses children's: physical, intellectual, social, cultural, creative and emotional development

Regularly communicates with parents and guardians regarding their child's development needs and learning progress
** You Have:*
* • Fingerprinting verification through the State of Maine required
• Bachelors or Associates degree in Education or related field required  
• At least 1 year of Early Childhood Education experience preferred  
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred  
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
