This assignment supports the head coach in the management of the school's softball program, and the development of softball athletes. It includes assisting with the creation and implementation of training regimens, as well as planning and organizing for practice sessions and games while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the students on the team.

• Assists with the overall softball program
• Helps to prepare players both physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching of fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules
• Assists with supervising the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all equipment
• Helps to prepare daily practice schedule and conducts practice sessions

Demonstrated ability to support the management of high school softball program through previous experience as a coach or player
