Non-credit workforce training and special interest classes for individuals, business, and industry are also offered.

BRCC is currently building a pool of POTENTIAL applicants for credit adjunct positions in this discipline. There may or may not be any positions currently available. However, in order to be considered for current and/or future openings, please follow the application instructions below. Nursing adjuncts do not typically teach courses, but provide instruction for labs and clinicals. Teaching demonstration may be required.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current license or a multistate licensure privilege to practice nursing in Virginia as a registered nurse (or eligibility to obtain immediate licensure), without any disciplinary action that currently restricts practice.
• Minimum of two years of experience in direct patient care as a registered nurse

Additional education up to and including a Master's degree in a related field and/or any additional relevant certifications/experience
