Role Overview
Responsibilities and schedule may include a combination of classroom teaching, small-group lessons, curriculum enrichment, mentoring, or program support, depending on the candidate’s background and interests. This flexibility allows us to build a role that is mutually supportive and sustainable.

Supporting continuity and alignment across age levels
Integrating cultural studies, seasonal work, storytelling, art, music, and nature into the curriculum
Observing and supporting children’s academic and social-emotional development
Collaborating with teaching teams and leadership
Partnering with families in a thoughtful, professional manner
Montessori trained and/or experienced in Primary and Elementary (AMI, AMS, or equivalent)
Deep appreciation for the cultural and seasonal aspects of Montessori education
Grounded, reflective, and emotionally mature teaching presence
Strong collaborator who values shared responsibility and professional trust
Drawn to small‑school, relationship‑centered environments
Personalized scheduling
Monday–Thursday school week
