Youth Director

Lifepoint Church is hiring a lively, enthusiastic, and driven individual to serve as the Youth Director at one of our campuses. This position will be responsible for the growth and overall health of the Youth department at their campus.

• 2+ years of experience leading teams or small groups.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or certification in ministerial leadership is a plus.

• Oversee Student leaders at their campus.
• Lead and organize effective programs implementing fellowship, worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, and evangelism for students.
• Provide counseling and spiritual direction to students, parents, and volunteers.
• Maintain contact with students and parents, keeping them informed of ongoing activities. Keep parents updated on ministry plans in a way that encourages partnership and involvement.
• Seek to integrate Lifepoint Youth into all phases of church life to create a culture that is intentionally intergenerational, striving to unite with and complement other church programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop new leaders at all levels of volunteer leadership.
• Support the Campus Pastor and their vision for the campus.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Part-Time and Full-Time available
• PT = 25-28 hours per week / FT = 40-45 hours per week
• Sunday – Thursday

• Direct-Line Reports to Campus Pastor
• Dotted-Line Reports to Students Department Director
