Job Title: Adult Swim Instructor (Group and Private Lessons)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced swim instructor to teach adult group and private lessons. Following a set curriculum, this role focuses on helping swimmers of all skill levels—whether beginners learning the basics or experienced individuals refining their technique—build confidence, improve technique, and achieve water safety goals in a supportive and engaging environment. Instructors must work a minimum of 5 hours per week, providing high-quality, personalized instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group swim lessons for adults of varying skill levels, adhering to a structured curriculum.
• Provide customized instruction during private lessons to meet individual swimmer needs and goals.
• Create an inclusive and encouraging environment that promotes water safety and skill development.
• Assess swimmer progress and adapt teaching methods to foster continued improvement.
• Communicate with participants to understand their goals and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and Swim Instruction (Red Cross or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching swim lessons, especially to adults in both group and private settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and motivate adult learners.
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse participant needs and goals.
• A passion for swimming, water safety, and helping adults succeed in their aquatic journey.

Compensation and Benefits:
