Overview
The Old Dominion EMS Alliance is seeking a full time Regional Training Director to lead and coordinate EMS education and training programs across Central Virginia. This role oversees course delivery, instructor coordination, and regional training initiatives while supporting EMS providers, agencies, and committees throughout the region.
ResponsibilitiesThis position works closely with instructors, regional committees, and partner agencies to ensure high quality, compliant training opportunities.
Qualifications- Paramedic certification is required.
- Instructional experience and familiarity with Virginia OEMS education standards.
- Experience managing instructors, courses, and educational programs is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
