Primary Care Physician Lead
Center Well Senior Primary Care is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician Lead to join our team focused on proactive, preventive care for seniors.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay Range: $246,100 - $344,200 per year. Full‑time (40 hours per week). Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, life insurance, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Maintain detailed medical history and records.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Advise leadership on functional strategies and provide independent judgment on complex issues.
- Make decisions with analysis of variable factors, working under minimal supervision.
- Participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone.
- Participate in Humana/Senior Bridge’s TB screening program; pending TB screening.
- Bachelor’s degree (MD or DO from accredited program).
- 8 or more years of technical experience.
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
- Licensure in the state of jurisdiction.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (Internal Medicine preferred).
- Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
- Willing to provide patient‑facing care and comply with TB screening.
