We are seeking a Freelance Architect / Drafter to join our team. You will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into detailed architectural plans. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards and client expectations. • Collaborate with homeowners and our team to create customized solutions for clients.
• Produce detailed and accurate residential site plans, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, construction details, and material specification books.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Work with the estimating team to calculate material quantities and contribute to project cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers to translate design concepts into construction documents.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address design and construction challenges, proposing solutions that align with project goals and budget.

• 5 years of experience in high-end residential or luxury projects.
• Revit experience and proficiency in digital tools;
  Buildertrend experience is a plus.
• Proficient in and already possess architectural software (Revit, BIMx, CAD, or equivalent)
• Experience with 2020 design to help lead in kitchen cabinet design strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• A proven outstanding performer with a commitment to quality.

$30.00 - $35.00 an hour based on experience
