- Manage a regional book of business focused on account expansion and annual recurring revenue
- Translate public safety best practices into actionable recommendations for agencies
- High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience in Customer Advocacy, Sales, Engineering, Public Safety, or Project Management
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
- 7+ years of experience in customer advocacy, project management, or public safety, including 2+ years managing enterprise-level accounts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex data‑driven insights to high‑level stakeholders
- Experience in high‑stakes environments with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level accounts effectively
- Familiarity with public safety best practices and software integrations
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel 35% or more as needed
