Assistant Office Manager

As an Assistant Office Manager, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are the voice of Mr. Appliance and will often be the first point of contact for our customers. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self‑motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to‑day basis. You will be responsible for managing a small staff of Customer Service Representatives and coordinating the activities of our Service Professionals.

• No weekends or evenings!

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Schedule customer appointments efficiently and assign them to the proper skilled Service Professionals
• Ensure all Customer work orders are accurate and complete
• Work with the Service Professionals to ensure they have what they need each day for their service calls
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions

• Minimum two years of management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong data entry skills
• Positive attitude
• Team player who can work independently
