What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and respond to customer and member requests.
  • Process purchase orders for our showroom.
  • Partner with our Accounts Payable staff to resolve invoicing questions.
  • Support our designers and customers by taking ownership of issues such as backorders, shipping dates, and damage replacements.
  • Assist the Ordering Department with general ordering and confirmations.

  • Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and conversationally, preferably in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning other software programs
