ASM Global, the world’s leading venue management and services company, has an immediate opening for the position of Box Office Ticket Seller at Capital One Hall.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer needs
• Handling in-person ticket sales using Ticketmaster for the performance hall and black box
• Managing Will-Call according to procedures
• Answering questions about event availability, pricing, seat selection, scheduling, and parking
• Resolving guest complaints within scope of authority
• Balancing a cash drawer with various tender types
• Working independently and handling questions without assistance
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six months experience in customer service and cash handling
• Previous experience in a similar entertainment venue preferred
• Ticketmaster experience is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible
• Effective communication in English, both written and oral
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
