Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Full Time in Charlottesville, VA.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Greg Leffler - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation

$32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

The owner began State Farm journey in Auto Claims in 1987, with prior experience on oil rigs. The owner’s mother was the first female Fire Adjuster for State Farm in Oklahoma. Outside of work, the owner is a husband, father, and proud grandfather who enjoys spending time with family and giving back to the community. The owner is a board member of Therapeutic Adventures, a nonprofit providing outdoor recreation to individuals with special needs.
