Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Greg Leffler - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
$32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Outside of work, the owner is a husband, father, and proud grandfather who enjoys spending time with family and giving back to the community. The owner is a board member of Therapeutic Adventures, a nonprofit providing outdoor recreation to individuals with special needs.
