Burgess Inspections is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Growth Representative & Inspection Scheduler
. This full‑time role blends relationship‑based sales and customer service with scheduling and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment while helping clients and partners feel supported every step of the way.

In this role, you will support Burgess Inspections’ growth by proactively building relationships and generating new opportunities. You’ll make lead generation calls, connect with prospective partners and clients, attend networking events, and help communicate the value of our inspection services. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to support lead generation efforts and keep relationships strong through consistent follow‑up and communication.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home inspections with accuracy and professionalism. This includes managing the inspection calendar, communicating with clients to find appointment times that work, and ensuring any updates or changes are handled quickly and clearly. You’ll serve as a helpful point of contact for scheduling questions and general service inquiries, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
In addition, you’ll assist with administrative support as needed, including data entry, record keeping, and helping improve processes to keep the team running smoothly.
Qualifications- Enjoys being on the phone and is comfortable making lead generation calls
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (but not required)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus)
