What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer management and ensure compliance with service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Manage and maintain service scope as outlined in service contracts and ensure customer understanding of their obligations
  • Oversee subcontractor deliverables and manage product quality issues
  • Collaborate with customers to address concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in contract management processes, including renewals and change orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Account Management, Customer Service, or related fields
  • Must reside in the Mid Atlantic region to support customers effectively
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
  • Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and Google Apps
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners and customers
