- Serve as the primary contact for customer management and ensure compliance with service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Manage and maintain service scope as outlined in service contracts and ensure customer understanding of their obligations
- Oversee subcontractor deliverables and manage product quality issues
- Collaborate with customers to address concerns and implement corrective actions
- Assist in contract management processes, including renewals and change orders
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Account Management, Customer Service, or related fields
- Must reside in the Mid Atlantic region to support customers effectively
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
- Experience in Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and Google Apps
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners and customers
