Concrete Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead and oversee field operations for concrete work on public and private construction projects. This position is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating equipment and materials, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

* Supervise daily concrete construction operations, including curb & gutter, sidewalk, flatwork, and related site concrete.

* Manage field crews, equipment utilization, and material supply to ensure efficient production.

* Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and municipal/DOT standards.

* Maintain production schedules and meet established project deadlines.

* Enforce company safety policies and conduct regular jobsite safety meetings.

* Coordinate inspections and maintain accurate daily reports and quantity tracking.

* Perform additional duties and ongoing training as assigned.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of concrete construction experience, including supervisory responsibility.

* Experience with public works and/or private site development projects.

* Strong knowledge of forming, concrete placement, finishing, and grading.

* Ability to read and interpret plans, including line, grade, and elevation requirements.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Valid driver's license required.
