Overview
Construction Manager | DG Solar | VA & NC
The ideal candidate for this position will provide construction leadership for one of four solar projects across VA & NC. This will person will be required to manage and grow construction services and capabilities through leadership and oversight of all field operations. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to take the lead, instill a safe culture, use initiative and help build and maintain the existing, and future work our client.
Responsibilities- Oversee construction projects from construction to completion,
- Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors,
- Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies,
- Reporting and tracking status reports.
- Experience with MV Interconnections,
- Experience with ground-mounted solar projects, ideally 1MW+,
- Decision making abilities,
- Strong communication abilities,
