Procurement Specialist Arlington, VA

Overview

Our client, a large consulting firm, is seeking a temporary Procurement Specialist to support their team for at least 6-months!

• Procurement Specialist (6‑Month Contract)
• Hybrid - Crystal City, VA
• $38-$43 per hour
• 37.5-hour work week

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition through purchase order, pricing, and contract coordination
• Conduct sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies
• Process pricing, invoicing, and purchasing transactions in Coupa
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services

• Bachelor s degree required
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on procurement experience
• Strong understanding of sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management best practices
• Experience with Coupa (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week (Crystal City Metro area)
• 37.5‑hour work week
• Contract duration: 6 months
