Operations and Internship

This is not a traditional internship. As a Business Operations & Growth Intern, you will work directly with leadership to support and improve the core functions of a growing small business. From systems development and marketing initiatives to operational strategy and performance tracking, this role provides real responsibility and real-world exposure to how a company scales.

The Business Operations & Growth Intern will support core business functions including operations, marketing, financial tracking, and internal process development. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, operations, or management.

You will gain exposure to how a service-based company runs on a day-to-day basis — and how it scales.

• Assist in improving internal systems and operational workflows
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media and local brand efforts
• Help track financial performance and basic budgeting metrics
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Assist with customer experience process improvements
• Support special projects related to growth and expansion
• Coordinate scheduling and internal communication as needed

• Hands-on experience in small business operations
• Direct exposure to ownership and leadership decision-making
• Experience across multiple business functions
• Insight into service industry management and growth
• Professional development in communication and problem-solving

• Proficient with basic technology tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)

• Business, marketing, finance, or management major
• Interest in working in a growing local company environment
