We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support a major data center build initiative. If you have experience in procurement, especially within construction sourcing, supplier management, and change order administration, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow in one of the fastest‑expanding industries in the world.
What You’ll Do:- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and help define category strategies for sourcing goods and services
- Lead sourcing processes, ensure timely delivery, and manage budgets and risks
- Maintain detailed knowledge of business drivers and how they influence procurement decisions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers, while identifying new potential partners
- Monitor compliance with sourcing procedures and guide teams through each stage of the process
- Support construction procurement activities including supplier expediting, change order administration, and data management
- Contribute to developing category/sub‑category strategies and sourcing pipelines
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (construction procurement preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solid analytical and decision‑making abilities
- Understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques, contract management, and supply chain fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong business writing skills and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Organized, collaborative, and capable of working independently while knowing when to elevate or seek input
