You can join us today as a Wave Planner (m/f/d) in Dorsten (Germany) Fulltime.

As a Wave Planner (m/f/d) you are responsible for optimizing the flow of goods in the warehouse. You will create and coordinate wave plans that determine the order and timing of picking, packing and shipping.

Strong communication skills are required to present complex data in an understandable way and to interact with different stakeholders.

• Economic studies or related
• Previous experience in a financial role
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; thrives in team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical, flexible and organized person, with strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Monitor and report daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with department heads to align operational activities with company goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve operational reporting.
• Track and report operational costs, revenue streams, and profitability.
• Implement budgetary controls and cost-saving strategies.
• Provide financial operational analysis to support strategic decision-making in the department.

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Implement new technologies or systems to support operational innovation
• Facilitate communication between finance, operations, and other departments.
• Support resource planning and allocation based on operational forecasts.
• Ensure alignment between operational execution and financial planning.
