** As the
** Commercial Strategy Analyst,
** you will support the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and category analysis. You will play a key role in enabling strategic decisions and optimizing execution.
** Main Responsibilities
*** Analyse sales, market, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Support the creation of commercial diagnostics (4

Ps) and performance scorecards.
* Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Assist in the development of annual commercial plans and Go-to-Market (4

Ps) strategies.
* Contribute to category reviews, NPD decks, and customer presentations
* Monitor readiness and execution of commercial initiatives.
* Track KPIs and support interventions to improve performance
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management.
* Support the Manager in stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Skills:

*** Min 2 years of experience in FMCG, analytics, or commercial planning
* Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
