Position Overview
The Investor Relations Manager (IRM) is responsible for sustaining investor confidence in the NOVA Roadmap initiative by ensuring that engagement, access, and participation translate into clear and ongoing value. This role plays a critical support function in retaining and renewing Roadmap Investors by maintaining strong relationships, coordinating investor‑facing commitments, and aligning participation across NVC programs, policy efforts, and executive convenings.
The IRM works closely with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure that Roadmap Investors experience consistent delivery, meaningful engagement, and a clear understanding of how their involvement advances regional priorities and organizational objectives. Success in this role is measured by investor satisfaction, renewal readiness, and continued reinvestment in NOVA Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities- NOVA Roadmap Investor Stewardship
- Own the NOVA Roadmap Investor portfolio; maintain proactive, relationship‑driven engagement with investors to support satisfaction, confidence, and long‑term commitment.
- Develop a working understanding of each investor’s organizational priorities to support meaningful participation in Executive councils, programs, and leadership opportunities.
- Serve as a consistent point of continuity for investors as Roadmap initiatives evolve.
- Engagement & Value Alignment
- Coordinate investor participation across events, councils, policy briefings, and executive forums to ensure alignment with Roadmap objectives.
- Identify opportunities to connect investors to initiatives that reinforce the value of their investment.
- Surface insights, patterns, and emerging needs within the investor portfolio to senior leadership.
- Sponsorship & Investment Fulfillment
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sponsorship and investment benefits associated with Roadmap participation and other major programs.
- Coordinate investor visibility and recognition across events, communications, and public‑facing materials.
- Support refinement of investor experiences to reflect evolving Roadmap priorities.
- Internal Coordination
- Work cross‑functionally with Membership Experience Managers, Events, Policy, and Communications teams to align investor engagement.
- Provide follow‑through and accountability for investor‑related commitments.
- Prepare briefings and summaries related to investor engagement and investor status.
- Reporting & Retention Readiness
- Produce concise investor summaries highlighting engagement, benefits delivered, and participation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of investor activity and benefit utilization.
- Regularly assess and communicate renewal readiness, risks, and opportunities to the Senior Vice President, Member Engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Affairs, Communications, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in investor relations, partnerships, external affairs, development, or senior‑level account management.
- Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and advance objectives with limited oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple internal teams.
- CRM experience required (Atlas MC Trade preferred).
Compensation is commensurate with experience and reflects the level of judgment, autonomy, and executive engagement expected in this role.
