What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary contact for distribution and channel management teams, understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Establish sales targets and action plans for each territory, regularly reviewing progress
  • Identify and pursue significant light commercial opportunities with key customers, including contractors and building owners
  • Provide updates to senior management on territory performance and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing to highlight product strengths and optimize market presence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • At least 5 years of combined experience in sales, product management, engineering, and/or marketing
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with 2 Step Distribution Process
  • Previous light commercial sales experience (e.g., Rooftop HVAC Units)
  • High level of organization with attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation and empathy
