Job SummaryThe Safety Administrative Assistant supports the Safety Director, Safety Coordinators, Site Safety personnel, Superintendents and Foreman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in administrative support, efficiently managing workload, multi‑tasking, and working well as a team with other Administrative Assistants, support offices, and under pressure.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administrative & Safety Support- Provide administrative support to the Safety Director, Safety Coordinators, and field safety personnel.
- Perform safety‑related and general data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Maintain field employee training records and generate training certificates.
- Assist with new hire orientation, including coordination of drug testing and electronic onboarding.
- Assist job sites with retrieving training records as needed.
- Manage, organize, and file field safety paperwork.
- Track and file incident reports and disciplinary records (Coach & Correct).
- Prepare safety reports by collecting and analyzing data.
- Prepare meeting documents and minutes.
- Support the creation, distribution, and tracking of safety forms.
- Work collaboratively with other Administrative Assistants to provide coverage when needed.
- Assist with training or onboarding of administrative processes as required.
$25–$32 per hour.
QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Bluebeam. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

- Three to five years working in an administrative support position.
- Working knowledge of the construction industry.
- Administrative writing and reporting skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Scheduling and time management skills.
- Multi‑tasking skills.
