Executive Assistant to Sharif Gray – Gray Broughton Injury Law (Part-Time)

Position Overview:We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with Sharif Gray. This part-time role is flexible and can be structured around your availability. You'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track and enabling Sharif to stay focused on trial work and firm leadership.
This is not a clerical scheduling position. You will have visibility into strategy, operations, media, events, and high-level decision-making. This is a right-hand role built on trust, discretion, and judgment.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and protect a complex calendar
- Triage and draft correspondence and emails
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials
- Screen calls and visitors and exercise judgment about what needs immediate attention
- Act as a central point of coordination
- Track and advance strategic initiatives
- Anticipate needs and prevent problems before they arise
- Prior executive assistant experience required (legal or professional services background preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Sound judgment and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort adopting new tools and technology (including AI-based systems)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Flexible schedule (20–30 hours per week)
