Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with Sharif Gray. This part‑time role is flexible and can be structured around your availability. You’ll play a key role in keeping priorities on track and enabling Sharif to stay focused on trial work and firm leadership.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and protect a complex calendar
  • Triage and draft correspondence and emails
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials
  • Screen calls and visitors and exercise judgment about what needs immediate attention
  • Act as a central point of coordination
  • Track and advance strategic initiatives
  • Anticipate needs and prevent problems before they arise
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior executive assistant experience required (legal or professional services background preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Sound judgment and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort adopting new tools and technology (including AI‑based systems)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay ($20–$26/hour depending on experience)
  • Flexible schedule (20–30 hours per week)
  • A positive, team‑oriented work environment
  • The satisfaction of supporting meaningful work that helps people rebuild their lives
