Insight Global is seeking professional and efficient Communications Specialists to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional fashion and perform complex review of documents to provide excellent customer service, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of claims data.
Must Have- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service required within claims adjustment, teaching/training, human resources, office administration, technical support and call centers.
- Communication skills and time management
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook). Excel skills strongly preferred.
Pay rate: $20-23/hour
8:30AM-5:00PM
Start date:
Tuesday, February 24th
In office for the first two weeks of training - after cleared for calls, in office only on Wednesdays.
