• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence
• Process payments efficiently
• Conduct data entry, gather and track data, and ensure data quality
• Export predesigned reports and support staff meetings

• 0-2 years of experience in Data Entry
• Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail to ensure data quality and accurate processing
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members

• Experience with data management and metrics reporting
• Familiarity with project management tools or software
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs or sustainability initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
