Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist

A property management company is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for its Audubon Village location in Richmond, VA. The role involves assisting the Community Manager with rent collection, managing resident interactions, and maintaining accurate resident records. Ideal candidates will have excellent written communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and some leasing experience. Knowledge of lease agreements and proficiency in office programs like Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred.

This position also requires background screening and a drug test.
