Qualifications- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Clearly communicate with internal and external customers professionally
- Title/Register vehicles to ensure accurate and compliant with state and federal laws, processing includes Virginia and out of state
- Maintain customer records/filing
- Provide customer support in person and over the phone
- Reconcile schedules related to title and registration fees
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
