The business is coming out of a period of significant investment and leadership transition and is now focused on stabilizing operations, modernizing processes, and scaling for long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do- Partner closely with Accounting leadership during audit preparation
- Assist with improving, documenting, and scaling accounting processes as automation tools are introduced
- Take on additional accounting responsibilities over time
- Proven experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting.
- Strong understanding of GL and operational accounting
- Comfortable working in Excel and technology‑enabled accounting environments
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to operate independently in a changing environment
- Immediate impact
