Job Title: Financial Service Specialist I
Location: North Chesterfield, VA 23236
Pay Rate: $22.00hr. without benefits
Duration: 4+ months
Job Description Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s):- Laptop.
- Microsoft 365, Cardinal (Statewide payment system) eVA (statewide procurement system), Spend Hub (custom financial system).
- Previous Accounts Payable knowledge & experience.
- Previous VA state agency experience, keying invoices and vouchers in Cardinal (statewide payment system).
- Microsoft Suite proficiency.
- Audit and key invoices and travel reimbursements into the statewide payment system (Cardinal).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
