As the leader of our electrical assembly team, you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to electrical assembly technicians as they perform the duties of their job and ensuring that the work completed by the group is done effectively, accurately and meets the schedule demands.

Are you intrigued by this work?

• Provide guidance and instructions to other electrical assembly technicians
• Work closely with the other production departments to assure deadlines are met
• Dimension and layout of the wiring of conveyor and machinery jobs
• Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation
• Troubleshoot conveyor and machinery wiring jobs as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions
• Communicate necessary changes to Engineer or Manager for revision prior to completion and other departments/leads as necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work is a plus.
• Prior experience with Syteline, Microsoft Suite and leading a crew preferred
• Experience in industrial wiring, machinery electrical installations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
