Position:Machine Operator
The Machine Operator will work from shop drawings, procedures and/or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction to perform a wide variety of operations. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. This position is located in Verona, VA and is fully on‑site.
Compensation & ScheduleWeekend Shift Starting Pay: $25.50/hour working 36 hrs. a week

- Plan machining by reading, interpreting, understanding, and working from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, labor summaries and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction.
- Work with a variety of ferrous, non‑ferrous and alloy materials.
- Program equipment by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation.
- Set up equipment by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, heads, etc.
- Maintain specifications by observing, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, adjusting, and/or programming controls.
- Maintain equipment by completing operator maintenance requirements, following manufacturers and/or company instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and/or calling for repairs.
- Maintain required records in either written or electronic form.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- 3 to 5 years’ previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Arm/hand steadiness.
- Manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
- Close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and hand‑eye coordination.
