Job Description

• Execute the receiving, storing, consolidating, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for projects and sales orders.

• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another

• Physically and systemically receive and issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments

• Create, monitor and timely resolve all material that requires Non Conformance Reporting and the use of our Quarantine process.

• Arrange domestic and international shipments by various multimodal transports (Air, Ocean, Road) to/from various destinations in compliance with internal and external regulations

• Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records

• Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity

• Communicate notify appropriate personnel of shipping inventory discrepancies

• Fill orders and deliver to internal and external stakeholders as required

• Maintain stocking inventory objectives

• Quantifies and verifies cycle count

• May assist in training new hires

• Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies; and key concern reporting

• Perform other duties and or special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school Diploma or local equivalent

• 3-5 years' experience in storing and material handling

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the use of SAP

• Forklift license with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar industry

• Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language

• Proficient in basic mathematics

• Ability to communicate well and work with others

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment

• Ability to consistently lift

• Skilled in forklift driving to pick up totes, drums and pails.
