Job Title
Loader Operator
- Manufacturing - Doswell, VA
Asphalt Plants
Reports toPlant Manager / Yard Foreman
Major Role and PurposeOperates front-end loader, excavates and loads materials to and from stockpiles.
Description of Duties- Loads material from stockpiles to appropriate bins for asphalt production.
- Loads material into Dump Trucks.
- Uses various hand tools.
- Performs basic mechanical tasks to assist with plant maintenance.
- Oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
- Maintains the yard.
- Travels to and from the different plants.
- Monitors activity within the site.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties deemed necessary or assigned.
- High School Diploma (Preferred).
- 3-5 Years operating a front-end loader / various heavy equipment.
